Every recipient receives their own email, addressed to them, sent from your own mailbox rather than a shared bulk-sending service. You bring your own list — JD Mailer does not supply contacts and does not mail anyone you have not chosen. That distinction is the whole point: it is the difference between outreach that gets replies and mail that gets filtered.
How a send works

Upload your CSV
A formatted spreadsheet of who you are contacting. JD Mailer reads the addresses and the per-person details out of it — no manual copying, no address list to maintain by hand.
Write the message once
One subject line and one body, with placeholders where things change: the recipient name, the greeting, whatever else differs per person.
Attach your document
A resume, a job description, a one-pager, a portfolio. It goes out with every message, so nobody receives an email that references an attachment that is not there.
Send, then follow up
Each person gets their own email from your own mailbox with their own details filled in. Opens and replies are tracked, and anyone who does not respond can be followed up automatically.
What it does
Personalization here is substitution, not invention: the words are yours, and what changes per recipient is whatever you put in the spreadsheet — first name, greeting, company, role. Nothing is generated on your behalf, so nothing goes out that you did not write.

Is JD Mailer a bulk email blaster?
No. Every recipient gets their own individual email, addressed to them by name, sent from your own mailbox rather than a shared sending service. You bring your own list as a CSV — JD Mailer does not supply contacts or send to anyone you have not chosen.
How does the CSV need to be formatted?
A standard spreadsheet export with one row per recipient and a column for their email address, plus any columns you want merged into the message such as first name, company or role. JD Mailer reads the addresses out of the file automatically.
Does everyone receive an identical email?
No. You write the message once with placeholders, and each send has that person’s details substituted in — name, greeting, and any other column from your CSV. The wording is yours; what changes per recipient is the merged detail.
Can I attach my resume or a document?
Yes. Attach a resume, job description, portfolio or one-pager and it goes out with every message in the batch.
What happens if nobody replies?
