About DelQuad

    A builder-first technology & consulting company

DelQuad Inc. is a technology and consulting company based in Sterling, Virginia, founded by engineers and product builders. We combine hands-on engineering, AI expertise and practical consulting to help companies launch faster, hire better, and operate smarter.

    How we work

Most technology consultancies are structured to produce recommendations. DelQuad is structured to produce working software — our own included. That difference shows up in the details: we scope around what can actually ship, we say when something is not worth building, and we stay through the unglamorous part where a product meets production traffic.

The company spans three practices that tend to be bought separately and fail together: product engineering, cloud infrastructure, and the technical hiring that determines whether either can be sustained. We work across all three because clients kept asking us to.

    What we hold to

    Builder-first, not slide-deck-first

Recommendations come from people who will also be the ones implementing them. That constraint keeps advice honest — it is easy to propose a rewrite you never have to carry out.

Products and consulting inform each other

JDResume.ai and JDIntera are real products with real users, so we hit the same scaling, cost and reliability problems our clients do, usually first.

    Privacy-first by default

User data is treated as something to protect, not something to exploit. This applies to our own products and to every client system we build.

    Transparent about trade-offs

Every architecture decision costs something. We would rather name the cost up front than discover it together in month six.

    Work with us

Product, cloud, or hiring — start with a conversation about the problem rather than a proposal about the solution.
